The fine print

Shipping

Orders are prepared by our fulfilment partners and shipped directly to the address you enter at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery to United States addresses typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays or customs.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once the order ships. You can also check the status of an order at any time on our Track order page using your order number and email address.

Address changes

If you need to change a delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order is dispatched.

Duties and taxes

Taxes are calculated at checkout. Any import duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

If something isn't right, contact us through the contact form and include your order number.

30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it, including return shipping.

Change of mind

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is paid by the customer. The refund is issued once the item reaches us and passes inspection.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may add additional processing time.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been activated, paired with a device, or show signs of use cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund.

Privacy

This store collects the minimum information needed to take and deliver your order.

What we collect

Your name, email address, delivery address, order details, and basic device and analytics information about how you use this site.

Payments

Payments are processed entirely by our Wix store. Card numbers are entered on the Wix checkout and are never received by, stored on, or transmitted through this website.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, provide support, send order and shipping updates, prevent fraud, and improve the store. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Our ecommerce and payment platform, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, and analytics providers — each only as far as needed to complete your order.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by using the contact form with the email address you ordered with.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and delivery charges are calculated on the Wix checkout before you pay.

Third-party services

Some products require a customer-provided internet connection and a customer's own account with a third-party API provider. Those services are billed by that provider on your account and are not included in the purchase price.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to the store and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
